We Talent Analytics—What is it?

We Talent Analytics is the organizational intelligence layer we’ve built for clients over the past two decades—arriving as a self-serve part of the We platform in Q2 2027. It aggregates results from a single validated instrument into workforce-level views, so leaders can look at personality across teams, roles, and geographies the way they already look at headcount, cost, and capability.

Why can’t most platforms produce workforce-level analytics?

Because coherent organizational analysis requires one common instrument across the whole population, and most of the category can’t meet that condition. Results from different instruments are not comparable and therefore cannot be aggregated. Hiring-focused and executive-tier tools only ever cover a slice of the workforce. Workshop-based programs leave no persistent data at all.

Single-framework discipline isn’t a feature. It’s the precondition.

What does the analytics layer show?

Manager population profiles—what your manager layer actually looks like across the organization

Succession alignment signals—potential indicators on the same scale used everywhere else

Apples-to-apples comparison—across teams, roles, and geographies, on a common yardstick

What kinds of questions does it help leaders explore?

What does our manager population look like, and where are the development opportunities?

Which succession candidates show alignment signals beyond performance ratings?

Where do the same friction patterns recur across a function or region?

How does personality data enrich what we already track about our workforce?

Why does the value compound over time?

Because coverage and history both accumulate. Year one establishes the baseline across the population. Each year after adds longitudinal depth—how the manager layer shifts, how team composition changes, how readiness signals develop. Assessment spend that used to expire with the workshop becomes a data asset the organization keeps.
