Paradigm Personality Labs is the organization behind the WorkPlace Big Five Profile® and the We platform. For four decades we’ve applied the Five-Factor Model to workplace behavior, working with organizations across healthcare, higher education, government, financial services, and enterprise.

Why did Paradigm build We?
Because the science was working and the delivery wasn’t. For decades, translating personality results into applied behavior required a facilitator in the room—which capped how many people could be reached and how often. That constraint, not the science, is why most personality investment stopped at a report.
Two things changed. Guided experience can now run in the flow of work, and personalization can adapt to each person’s specific results. We is what we built with that opening.
