Information that Paradigm Collects and Uses
Paradigm collects information on the www.paradigmpersonality.com website to personalize website sessions to better fit with unique interests, such as offering relevant, individually tailored content. When our clients access the MyParadigm Dashboard to place orders and gather product information, Paradigm collects the information necessary to communicate with you, order, track and produce assessments and reports, as designated by the MyParadigm Dashboard user. Anonymized assessment data, including demographic information, is used to improve and create new Paradigm assessment products.
A subprocessor is a third party data processor engaged by Paradigm, who has, or potentially will have, access to or process Service Data (which may contain Personal Data). Paradigm engages a variety of Subprocessors to perform various functions as detailed in this table.
Information You Submit to Paradigm
When you enter information across any of our online platforms, it is retained and stored by Paradigm. You could enter the following types of information that would be supplied to Paradigm:
- Your name
- Your email address
- Answers submitted when taking an assessment
- Your phone number
- Your credit card information
- Your employer’s name
You may always choose not to provide this information, but please note that this could prevent you from accessing desired online functionality.
Information Paradigm Collects from Website Visitors
Paradigm collects certain information from visitors to our website. This information can include, but is not limited to, a visitor’s IP address, the type of browser used to access our website, pages viewed, access device used to connect to our website, and websites from which visitors may have accessed the Paradigm website. This information is used to better understand how our website is used and to improve our service.
Information Paradigm Collects from Website Form Submitters
Our website offers multiple forms that are intended to offer you access to personalized information, sign up for our training programs, order books and ask us questions. Personal information you provide within these forms will be stored on Paradigm Personality Labs’ servers. We do not sell any of your information to third parties. All personal data will be stored on our servers unless deletion is requested.
Information Paradigm Collects for Sales and Marketing Purposes
In addition to website forms above, clients and prospects may provide personal information, such as name and email address to our organization’s representatives. When you provide Paradigm with permission, we will store your personal information to send you information about our products, services, news and events, and general education pertinent to our areas of expertise. We provide opt-out and unsubscribe options in all communications. You may also unsubscribe at any time to such communications by emailing email@example.com.
Information Paradigm Collects from Paradigm Certified Consultants and their Administrative Users
- And other Personally Identifiable Information of assessment questionnaire participants such as their place of employment, role, etc.
As a Controller of assessment and report administration for questionnaire participants, you will be providing the above information to Paradigm through the MyParadigm Dashboard.
Paradigm also collects additional information from its distribution partners (Master Trainers and Regional Affiliates). This information includes name, email, and dates of training for certification program participants. Paradigm does not control this information and uses it only to keep record of all authorized Paradigm Certified Users. Requests to access, modify or delete this data should be directed to the distribution partner.

You must consent before we capture this data in our systems. We keep this information for a reasonable amount of time.
In addition, you may elect to answer optional research or demographic questions. The data can include information such age, title, education level, industry. Paradigm stores this information for internal research purposes only, to improve our products and services.
Paradigm automatically receives and stores certain types of information whenever you interact with its online platforms. When visiting the Paradigm website, for example, certain data is collected from the user’s web browser and through the web server Paradigm uses. This data may include IP addresses, email address, login information, password, purchase history, computer browser types (Internet Explorer, Firefox, Chrome, etc.), browser versions, various pages that users are visiting, and URL clickstream related to the Paradigm website, including date and time.
When you access the Service by or through a mobile device, this Log Data may include information such as the type of mobile device you use, your mobile device unique ID, the IP address of your mobile device, your mobile operating system, the type of mobile internet browser you use and other statistics.

Your information, including Personal Information, may be transferred to — and maintained on — computers located outside of your state, province, country or other governmental jurisdiction where the data protection laws may differ than those from your jurisdiction.
If you are located outside United States and choose to provide information to us, please note that we transfer the information, including Personal Information, to United States and process it. Though your information resides in the United States, our data protection procedures adhere and comply with Privacy Shield and GDPR legislations.

Your Rights as a Data Subject – Right to Erasure (“Right to be Forgotten”)
Paradigm Personality keeps your personal information confidential and will not be shared or sold to a third party except as required to provide our services. If in the event Paradigm Personality would need to share your personal information for services outside the normal range, individuals will be offered an opt-out choice that can limit the information and purpose of the information shared.
Where no overriding legal basis or legitimate reason continues to exist for processing personal data, you may request that we delete the personal data. We will take all reasonable steps to ensure of all PII including, but not limited to:
- Your name
- Your email address
- Your phone number
- Your IP address
- Your credit card information
- Your employer’s name
We run deletion requests on the 15th of every month to meet requirements outlined by the GDPR. This erases all personal identifying information in our own system, and applies to third-party vendors as well.
If there are exceptional circumstances that mean we can refuse to provide the information, we will explain them. If requests are frivolous or vexatious, we reserve the right to refuse them. If answering requests is likely to require additional time or occasions unreasonable expense (which you may have to meet), we will inform you.
Only persons age 18 or older have permission to access our Service. Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 12 (“Children”).
For minors/children special consideration is taken into account to delete all data received by our system.
We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 12. If you are a parent or guardian and you learn that your Children have provided us with Personal Information, please contact us. If we become aware that we have collected Personal Information from children under age 12 without verification of parental consent, we take steps to remove that information from our system.
The Federal Trade Commission has jurisdiction over Paradigm Personality Labs compliance with the Privacy Shield.

Individuals who provide personal data to Paradigm Personality Labs, have the right under Privacy Shield, to request Paradigm to correct or delete their personal data from our database.
