Lisa Dunbar, MBA
CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

Lisa drives the strategy and innovation at the intersection of well-being, personality insights, and action to empower the world’s leading organizations and their people to thrive. She believes that organizations drive growth and bottom-line results when they leverage the distinctive strengths and contributions of their people, at every level.

Lisa holds bachelor’s degrees in political science and international studies from Miami University of Ohio and an MBA from the University of Chicago’s Booth School of Business. She is a certified Presence-Based Leadership coach with over 10 years of coaching experience.

John Lipinski, PhD
CHIEF RESEARCH & INNOVATION OFFICER

John drives the product development, analytics, and human cognition insights to empower the world’s leading organizations and their people to thrive. John’s goal is to foster optimal decision-making, deliver a competitive workforce advantage, and increase profitability by bringing the full power of data, local knowledge, and rigorous research to bear on human potential and workplace performance.

He completed his PhD in Cognitive Psychology at the University of Iowa and his post-doctoral research at the Institute for Neuroinformatics in Bochum, Germany. He holds a B.A. from the University of Notre Dame.

Eileen Fuertes Davis
DIRECTOR, OPERATIONS & CLIENT ENGAGEMENT

Eileen is a champion for helping people grow and thrive as well as an advocate for client-centered solutions. Working at the intersection of people and process, her focus is optimizing and scaling business processes and client experiences as well as supporting PPL’s team in HR needs. As well, with a professional background in corporate communication, she is energized by precision in language and grammar.

Eileen holds a B.A. in Communications from the University of Michigan and is pursuing a HR, Professional Certificate from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte School of Professional Studies.

Jenni Ford, PMP, ACC
DIRECTOR, CLIENT SUCCESS

An accomplished corporate change manager, Jenni focuses on how personality assessment insights help people understand where their unique personality footprint contributes to their team and culture.

For nearly two decades, she worked at the Center for Creative Leadership (CCL) where she supported transformative outcomes for global organizations.

Jenni holds a B.A. in English and an M.A. in Sociology from The University of North Carolina Greensboro. She is a certified coach through the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute. She earned a certificate in Business Analysis from the University of North Carolina Charlotte.

Katelyn Spies, PMP
DIRECTOR, TECHNOLOGY SOLUTIONS

Katelyn drives the integration and continuous refinement that bring PPL’s actionable personality insights to life. From technical consultation and integration requirements to oversight of software implementation processes with cutting-edge software platforms, her focus encompasses every aspect of technology. As the acting Data Protection Officer, Katelyn ensures all PPL data security and privacy measures meet or exceed industry standards.

She holds a B.A. in History and Political Science from Lycoming College. She earned a Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute and a certificate in Business Analysis from UNC Charlotte School of Professional Studies.
