- Most clients prefer to pre-purchase for the entire year to receive volume discount pricing.
- Organizations, their work teams, and individual users need at-a-glance, searchable transaction history that can be exported to their accounting and project management systems.

How does the new credit system work exactly?
- The credit system is based on a standardized unit of currency, a “credit”. A helpful analogy is a token.
- The price of the credit varies according to the volume of credits purchased in the prior year. For the initial rollout, volume discounts for each client are based on the number of assessments purchased in 2019 or 2020, whichever is larger.
- Credit purchases are made directly in the My Paradigm Dashboard in the Consumer area and are processed through PayPal for your security.
- Credits can be easily transferred within different areas of an organization and between certified consultants within organizations.

How will the new credit system impact the way I work?
The credit system is designed to make the assessment purchase and purchase management process easier for certified WorkPlace consultants, as well as their administrative and accounting staff.
What if I have already prepaid assessments?
The equivalent amount of credits will be loaded in your account.
Will I be able to use my previous purchases?
To provide clients the most flexibility in how they structure their credit purchases, credits do not expire.

Is there a price increase that accompanies the new reports and assessment system?
With the pandemic in mind, there are minimal, if no, price increases, despite the increased value of the new reports, the wide array of complimentary resources to increase learning and engagement available in the Practitioner Toolbox, and the upgraded My Paradigm Dashboard. You will each receive a separate email regarding pricing, as pricing is dependent on the volume of assessments ordered.
